TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The purchasing of products from Elegia Classics is handled by a third part service: PayPal. We do not hold any personal purchasing information on our website, other than the details (your name and shipping information) supplied to us by PayPal. All card details submitted when ordering are used to authorize payment via PayPal and are never stored on the Elegia Classics servers. All price quoted on the website are given in Euros and include value added tax if legally applicable, but are exclusive of handling and shipping expenses. Products will be delivered only to the address as given in the original order form an cannot be changed thereafter.
